Are these pictures the proof?

These pictures of Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson leaving Hugo's Pizza Restaurant in Kings Cross, Sydney, Australia are from July 24th. The two of them were down there promoting their movie, You, Me, and Dupree when they were spotted having a bite to eat together. If this was just a harmless dinner between two co-stars, why is Owen hiding his face? Why are they surprised to see the paparazzi? And most importantly why does Kate look so guilty? Is this proof that there is something going on between these two?

I guess the pictures were not "crap"In a few months we will learn they are together, but like Brad and Angelina they will say they were "just friends" while making the movie...big gufaw on that!
