Lindsay Lohan and Harry Morton had lunch together at the Ivy today, obviously knowing that there would be a mob of paparazzi outside waiting for them to leave (no one goes to the Ivy because of the food). Are they trying to salvage their relationship or just trying to eek out a few more minutes of fame?
