Is it just me or does it seem that most of the celebrity news and gossip lately has been about relationships ending or stars getting arrested? To pile on that thought, Traci Morgan, star of NBC's '30 Rock' and former 'Saturday Night Live' cast member was arrested on suspicion of DUI early this morning in New York. Morgan's Cadillac Escalade was stopped at about 4:30AM for driving erratically (much like his behavior the last 2 years). Morgan was also busted last December in Los Angeles for DUI and later pleaded no contest. No word if he used his Uncle Jemima schtick on the cops.
