Has Mena stolen fringe tips from Fergie?

When I saw this picture of Mena Suvari at the Factory Girl Premiere in NYC, my first thought was "Christ she looks like Fergie from Black Eyed Peas." I guess it’s just the fringe and the eyeliner. Mena's looks definitely beat Fergie's.
