Angelina is currently in Vietnam, taking care of the necessary paperwork to get Pax a passport. Angelina is also seen leaving the orphanage where the boy was with her eldest child Maddox. Pax in Latin means peace and Thien in Vietnamese means Heaven. Meaning the translation of his name is Peace from Heaven.
