Thought Stern was picking up the boat that afternoon she died.

Perhaps Moe has a book in the works. People will be milking this one for years.

I think Moe is trying to deflect attention away from his and his wife's actions. [that is if any of this is true, we might be in the tinfoil hat stage]. What we do know is that:

Moe's wife (forgot her name) was in the room with Anna and is supposedly a nurse. There was another person (who NO ONE HAS EVER IDENTIFIED) in the living room of the suite. HKS went to finish up paperwork on the boat. He left ANS with a NURSE. Apparently Moe was suppose to be there too but he has said he left for 20 minutes.

The nurse says she was on the phone and the person in the living room [WHO IS THIS PERSON WHY DON'T THEY NAME THEM???? Come on Splash, FIND THIS PERSON!!!!!] thought Anna was awake and came into the bedroom. This MYSTERY PERSON said that they thought Anna didn't look right. The nurse looked at Anna and has said that her lips were blue. The nurse said she had her phone thing that goes on her ear (i'm terrible with gadget names) and hit the last # dialed to call Moe to have HIM call for 911. Okay i can accept that, EXCEPT...why didn't this OTHER PERSON go use the hotel room phone to call 911 or the front desk??? WHY WHY WHY????

So this nurse calls Moe and says i'm going to do CPR, call 911. So she starts doing CPR while Anna is on the bed. WHAT IS THIS OTHER PERSON DOING???? Moe, then instead of calling the hotel---he said he didn't want to call 911 from his cell phone as those calls are often lost, very valid, so he wanted to call the hotel and have them 911, that is valid---but before calling the hotel, he calls HKS to tell him what's going on.

If someone says 'i'm going to do CPR call 911' every SECOND counts, and he's calling HKS??? He has said that that call took over a MINUTE [time is of the essense here] before he called the hotel to call 911.

All this time---WHAT IS THE MYSTERY OTHER PERSON IN THE ROOM DOING???????? Moe rushes back to the room---where was HE??? and he said he got there before the paramedics. He states---and this is where i question his wife is a nurse---that he saw his wife doing CPR on the BED and that that is the wrong place to do it and he put ANS on the floor to continue CPR but that he knew in the back of his mind she was already gone.

HKS was conducting business that ANS wanted him to conduct. he was no where around.

I think if there is any truth to this report that the police are questioning perhaps what security tapes show in hallways or the casino something that perhaps Moe himself or the MYSTERY PERSON was doing.

Moe KNEW where HKS could be found, he has even said so. He called HKS before he called the hotel to call 911---wasting MINUTES when every second counts! I totally question Moe and his wife's actions and I WANT TO KNOW WHO THE MYSTERY PERSON IS WHO WAS IN THAT ROOM!!!!!!!!

I am basing this post on Larry King Live transcripts i've read of Moe's appearance. His wife too.

Throw the whole lot of them in jail; they are all clearly grossly negligent and did not do what any reasonable person in the circumstances should have and would have done, that is: call 911 immediately (thereby getting the paramedics on the scene, and thereby enabling the paramedics to save ANS's life), perform CPR as it is supposed to be performed! The world is becoming rife with money-grubbing, evil leaches, and people need to stop being so shallow and materialistic, and start respecting true virtue, not all this phoney Hollywood b.s. that dupes so many with "holes in their soul". Wake up, America!

I think that Howard K.Stern is not free and her daughter is not his daughter. The police must be careful!

Howard was closing the deal on the boat he & Anna bought, that was what the trip was supposed to be about. Nothing unusual about that. Moe reached him on his cell, so it's not like Howard wasn't available. I believe the police are just going back over everything since the medical examiners report is in to determine cause of death. It has been said by the medical examiner himself that Anna Nicole's death has been highly unusual from a medical examiners point of view...Wonder what that means? Guess we will have to wait & see what it says..

Maybe Sally Kirkland has been right about her claims that ANS had leaking breast implants and that compromised her immunity. If she's right, she'll never shut up!

Is it possible that Anna Nicole Smith was already dead before HKS left the hotel.

May the cream rise to the top. May justice do what they swore in to do. May the baby be returned to her real father. May our higher power (mine is God) seek justice and quickly.

Howard was off buying a boat right? He probably was busy for a few hours and unable to call, and that's why she died. Probably part of the reason he had to be on top of her all the time was because she was such a mess (partly his fault). If he had been there maybe things would have been different.

The mystery woman is the companion of Mr. Gibson aka King. She stated in an interview that she was the one to notice before the nurse that something was wrong with Anna. While the nurse was administering cpr the other woman was massaging Anna's feet. This woman stated that Anna was naked under the sheets and her body was still warm.

yes if a person is dying rubbing their feet is really going to help.Yes the lady is a Gibson and i think all the Gibsons seem suspicious,they hold alot of offices in the bahamas,it was their boat that was they were buying and if she was in the room right before paramedics got there,where did she go,i believe they had baby there and had to get her the hell out of there,there was reports and i think Moe said this, there was a baby bottle on the pillow beside anna,and a report of baby sedatives(now what the hell would someone need those for?,I think they are all covering up the fact she was already dead and had to look like it was at the time they want us to believe,Howard had to get outta dodge,cldnt have him present when another person came up dead,her body was under the covers so that cld have kept her body warm for awhile,drs have stated this abt body temp,i dont believe she killed herself at least not on person,i think she had help,way overmedicated to make it look like she did and with her drug use and depression over daniel noone would think anything else,except all this strange stuff and different stories on the timeline

I had read in an interveiw pepole around Anna would have to RUB HER FEET to wake her up. Apparently, they say, this could take awhile. PRETTY SAD when someone is SO DRUGGED one could mistake them for being dead....uh..oh..I MEAN someone could be sooo dead they could confuse it with being DRUGGED. THATS PRETTY DRUGGED!

I thought Dr. Perper said that Howard did not give Anna drugs? How is it that Moe told Splash Howard did then told Perper Howard didn't??

When in the hell are all of you liars going to start telling the truth , she was dead when Howard left that morning and he knew it ,that is why he was freaking out and acting strange . It was a set up and he did it by overdosing her and it is really questionable about Daniel for something happened there also ,why did he have marks all over his body like he had been in a fight .. It is all bullshit and now Sterns has somehow hired some big Lawyer to clean his name up well where did that money come up for the court needs to freeze all of her accounts until everything is settled in court and the inquests are done and they need to reopen Anna's case for that should have never been closed

Yes and they said the blankets were puuled really tight around her when they found her so someone knew this woman was dead.All of them are doing a cover up for HKS
