I am almost willing to bet Howard had something to do with her death.

I think the nurse that was left with her has some explaining to do.

According to TMZ below: My guess is Howard saw anna was dead and had to go dump a bag of drugs! He just didn't want to be in the room, dirty bastard, he probably could have saved her life

Rewind to the morning of February 8. Anna Nicole Smith was in bed in her suite at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Tasma "Taz" Brighthaupt, the wife of bodyguard Big Moe, was tending to Anna. Taz believed Smith was sleeping. Mid-morning, she left the suite and went with Big Moe to the airport to pick up some people.

We're told that just before noon, Big Moe, his wife and several others entered the hotel lobby. As they approached the elevator, Howard K. Stern came down the elevator from Anna's room. They all chatted and all went upstairs. Moe and his wife went into their room in the suite, leaving Howard in the living room. We don't know if Howard entered Anna's room.

We're told that a short time later (just after 12 noon), Moe was getting ready to leave. Howard asked Taz if she would stay and tend to Anna. She remained and Moe and Howard left.

We're told once in the lobby, Howard began pacing as he used his cellphone. Moe left the hotel.

We're told Taz never spoke with Anna that day. Taz assumed she was sleeping. Taz was using a computer near Anna's bed, never knowing there was trouble. At around 1:30, Taz realized something was wrong and called her husband. Moe then called the hotel, and someone on the staff then called 911.

It is unclear what Stern was doing between 12:00 and 1:30, but we're told he did not go back to the room during this timeframe.

You all are so dumb........maybe it was something pointing to suicide. No one so far has said anything about that. I can't believe I am the only smart one reading about her. Let us recap for a min. Howard has no job, no money and no house. He isn't legally married to Anna and he is being challenged as Dannielynn's father. Why would he kill Anna before marrying her? The answer is he didn't. She either killed herself on purpose or on accident. I will concede that Howard stood by and watched her and even helped her talk alot of drugs. If he didn't do what she wanted he wouldn't have been around for very long. But only an addict can seek help for themselves no one else can do it for them. Bottom line is you all sound so stupid saying he killed her. Use your brain and the commonsense god hopefully gave you.

Right on, Jenn !! It is beyond ludicrous to think Howard killed Anna Nicole, It's just friggin' stupid. Do people really think someone who wasn't even in the will, and who was about to marry her two weeks later, would do that? It's just so idiotic, it's ridiculous. That man has nothing now, nothing. He'll probably even lose Dannielynn. He was truly the one person in this world who really loved Anna. It's such a shame that people are so shortsighted

I agree with 'hmm' that the nurse has some explaining to do. I also think Mo the bodyguard has some explaining to do too. The Seminole Police Department is going to be exhaustive and thorough in their investigation because it is going to be scrutinized so much. They are also a tribal nation, so they do not have to release evidence publicly, though i am sure they want to be straightforward with the press/public about this.

Now, here's why i think [and hope] the nurse (and Mo) should be investigated. This is based on ET interviews they gave and on Larry King live interviews they gave.

The nurse stated that she was in the bedroom with ANS, she said that she was on her bluetooth phone thingie and that the person in the living room (WHO IS THIS PERSON????????????????) heard her and thought that ANS was awake and came in the bedroom. This MYSTERY PERSON told this so called nurse that ANS didn't look right. She then saw that ANS' lips were blue. She said that she hit the last # dialed on her bluetooth (is that the right name for that phone that clips on your ear?) which was her husband Mo. she said she did that, as it's easier to hit that than to try to dial a #, that makes sense. I'll accept that.

But what i will not accept is that this MYSTERY PERSON didn't use the hotel room phone to call the desk to call 911. WHY NOT? AND WHO IS THIS PERSON????????

So she calls Mo and says she is going to start CPR and she tells him to call 911. Mo does NOT dial 911, he said that he dind't want to dial 911 from his cell phone as those calls get messed up. I will accept that. But did he call the hotel to have them call 911 as soon as hanging up with his wife? NO, he called HKS to tell him what was going on and he said that that call lasted over a minute.

WHY WOULD HE NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY????

Apparently Mo got there before the paramedics--where was he and what was he doing? he said that he saw his wife was doing CPR on the bed and that that was the wrong place to do it ----if she was a nurse should she not have known that?????? He said he put her on the floor to do CPR but he said he knew she was already gone.

WHO WAS THE MYSTERY PERSON THAT HAS BEEN ALLUDED TOO IN THAT ROOM???? The nurse said that they had been in the living room of the suite eating room service. Cannot Splash find this out?????

I think Mo and this so called nurse wasted precious seconds with their dicking around and they bear some responsibity in ANS' death.

Not to mention that they said she had a 105 fever and yet she didn't want to go to a hospital. One, if you have a 105 fever you are not thinking right and two, a TRUE nurse would have called an ambulance then and there regardless of what the patient wanted because of the life threatening nature of a 105 fever.

Investigate Mo, investigate this so-called nurse, and FIND THE MYSTERY PERSON!!!

Kristina-----you basically cut and pasted the post from TMZ. Think about this...if this 'Taz' was a licensed nurse, why did she leave ANS alone to go pick up people from the airport? especially since ANS had been so sick and had had a 105 fever???? HKS had told them to stay with ANS.

This 'Taz' has also stated in interviews that she did NOT leave ANS. That she stayed there and that Mo had left for like 20 minutes.

So now stories are changing. I suspect that Mo and 'Taz' might be trying to change their stories as their actions are suspicious and do not follow what a true licensed nurse and paramedic (Mo claims to be a paramedic) would do.

I am so so SICK of people claiming HKS is behind this. HKS loved Daniel and ANS. They were his family. People insinuate he wanted them dead to get the money. That's insane. He has no way to get the money. He is owed 6% of the Marshall v. Marshall if it ever settles and perhaps a small amount out of ANS' estate. That's it. If he had only wanted ANS' money, he would married her first!!!!

HKS loved ANS with all his heart and now he's being villified in the press, the internet, tv, etc. I hope that someone who knows HKS checks website comments and tells him that there are people who support him and are thinking about him! I'd love to give him a big hug and tell him that only HE has ANS' best interests at heart and that only HE succeeded in having her final wishes carried out. THANK YOU HKS! You are the truest and most dearest friend that ANS ever had!

IF HKS was soooooo obsessed with ANS ... why kill her?? Come on people get a clue. So the kid was about to turn 21 .. thats still only a portion of the estate, GET A GRIP .. I would think that he would wait a while longer, he is still in "charge" of the money for a while yet!!

Who knows, maybe they are removing the baby from Howard before any further steps are being taken. Making sure the baby is in the right hands prior to this announcement so there is no harm brought to Dannilynn.

You all are assuming Anna was to marry Howard but who told us that - the one and only person was Howard. In Court he never even indicated a date of this so called wedding. Where is the invitation, where are the preparations, the planning,the dress, the Contract to sell the footage to ET as has been their pattern. The only wedding was in Howard's dreams. Anna never slept with him and no he didn't love Anna and Daniel he was obsessed with her. Who has no outside life/house/job and follows someone around 24-7?? He's a grown man for goodsakes. I agree Howard loved Anna and so did his family.He's the only one that gave her the love,understanding and true freindship know one else did.They did have a commitment ceremony that says alot right there.Of all the men that Anna dated she chose to be with Howard and have a family with him.I truly beleive that Anna died of a broken heart and used alot of drugs to try to kill the pain for the lose of the love of her life Daniel her beloved son.I always felt sorry for Anna everyone just wanted to use her,Howard stood by her,Just look at the freaks that have come out of the wood work I don't care who the baby's daddy is, Howards been Dannilyns father from day one and thats how Anna wanted it.The biggest freak in all this is Virgie .And for the comment on Larry he looks like a sissy and has no back bone and I pray he's not the father because he would go against Annas wishes and have that good for nothing Virgie in Dannilyns life that would be a dirty shame now would'nt it

The only word on marriage, burial plots, will, name on birth certificate, is HKS. The parasite, just hanging around to become the husband, the father, the exe. of will, if he can plan it just right. Have you ever thought that Anna knew he killed Daniel and she was about to get him out of her life. That is why she seem so overcome because he kept her that way not to tell the world. She was deprived of her right mind by a man with a motive. Money! He used Daniels death to hide the reason for her behavior. HKS had 10 years to plan every step. First the will (as stupid as it is), he and his friends are the executives, the drug habit(the excuse), Daniel out of the way (somehow), Dannielynn, the savior, (she was not in the will, but would inherit all eventually) he was put on the birth certificate (how convenient)He probably thought she would not make it to birth with all the drug use, He couldn't marry Anna until the will was changed. He tried to do that first, but by then she knew he had fault in Daniels death and wouldn't change it,(her first words were this, "You killed him"(from news reports of a witness) She never became sound minded enough to tell her story of Daniels death.Why? HKS. What a story it would be. Anna please tell your story now so that you can really have peace. If is he guilty, let him be punished extremely for the torture of 10 yrs of disaster he caused you. You followed him and his advice. Look where it put you. At his mercy?

Sharon you are no sherlock holmes!!! First off let me say I don't like anyone involved in the whole Anna saga. Howard obviously stood by and watched Anna use drugs. Larry is a bonehead that used Anna for a paycheck also. Virgie is a disgusting excuse for a mother that should disappear back to her hole. She blames Howard for all of Anna's problems but Anna was a stripper that married a very old man and was using drugs long before Howard ever came along. Her upbringing definately played a role in her sad adult life. For those of you that say Howard leeched off of Anna get a clue. He wasn't paid a regular salary because he didn't want to pay taxes on that money. BUT he was an employee of Anna's. He did everything for her. He was her personal assistant (goofer). In Hollywood they make bank and this is why Anna paid for everything. To avoid taxes. As for killing Daniel (here goes nothing) what do you think he held him down and forced the pills down is throat or mixed them in his food. No wait he injected him while he was sleeping..... Daniel was already on the antidepresants so my opinion is that when Howard picked Daniel up at the airport Daniel was tired and needed alittle pick me up. Howard offered the Methadone and Daniel willingly accepted. Howard didn't know that Daniel would die after all Anna had been using Methadone for some time and was fine. Just goes to teach you a lesson boys and girls don't take friends prescription drugs. Just cause a doctor gives it out don't mean it's safe. Now as for Sherlock Sharon and her theory that Howard had "10 years to plan every step" The major question I ask her and all of you that think Howard murdered her is Why would Howard kill Anna in Flordia or anywhere in the US knowing that the will (which by the way Sharon was written in 2001) would be thrown in the USA. Why wouldn't he wait till they set sail on their new boat bound for the Bahama's that way there would be no doctor around to try and save her just in case. Or better yet wait till she got back to the Bahama's where there laws seem to favor him much more than the US laws do. If she died in the Bahama's he would have had complete control over her body also without fighting Virgie because he is executor of the will and they are recognizing the will there. In the US they would not validate her will. All of you people need to get a tight hold on yourself and take a valium or something. I know the need for something dramatic is great but if you are going to create conspiracy then at least think it through first. Once again I say that Howard probably saw or helped (and maybe others too ie. Big Moe and the nurse) Anna take drugs that contributed to her death but it was accidental. He wouldn't kill his cash cow in Florida before they were married or before they changed the will. It was either accidental or she killed herself on purpose. She was very sad remember. Either way you will have to wait a few more weeks. The suspense just might kill you. Stay tuned.........

Wow, seems that many forgot that during the hotel visit from the police, they took many bags of meds out of there. The police stepped in why when the results came back. I happen to believe the results were being investigated for the past week without us knowing. They were investigating those who were there.

Maybe the nurse married to Moe was there for something else rather than being Anna's nurse. Anyone think of that? People were picked up at the airport for a reason.

If someone loved someone, they would never allow them to sit in front of cameras where they could be viewed in that state of mind. However, it seemed to me that he wanted her to be viewed in that state of mind.

If it didnt happen there in the hotel room, was it to happen on the Yacht where she was pushed off? HKS is slime. He could throw a big funeral all he wanted, however, teh attention is still on him.

How can everyone say Howie loved her - just look at the clown video and the new Christmas video of Anna slurring for the proof!! He taped her wasted and then discussed its money value. This Is what I think happen. I also think that it Howard gave her the medication not to kill her but just because she was asking for them. She may have taking different drugs before and a combanation of drugs killed her. But i have to see what she actually died from because if it was the same combonation of drugs killed her son then it looks really bad for stern.

Of course he gave her the medicine and he knew what would happen and it did ,he was tired of taking care of a junkie and ended it . He scooted off to the boat deal knowing she was dead and then all cleaned up everything before calling the cops..

i think that Howars would never do anything to hurt Anna. i think she dies of a drug over dose at the hotel. Think people think. Howard is practacly the only one who cares about poor Anna. And that howard is a really good guy.
