Jessica Smith, one of the stars of the scripted MTV reality show "Laguna Beach," has been arrested on suspicion of felony driving under the influence after she crashed her car, injuring two people. Smith failed to stop her Volkswagen Beetle (proof MTV doesn't pay that well) on the 5 Freeway and rear-ended another vehicle injuring 41-year-old Roy Hernandez and her own passenger, 20-year-old Lindsay Cooper.
