We just got word from the front lines that Britney Spears is on her way back to the hospital. Don't know if it's because of the same toothache that sent her their there (hurrying never works out) yesterday, a follow up visit, or something else. As soon as we hear more, I'll let you know. Update: Britney's lawyer's office is across the street from the hospital, she could have pulled a fast one and popped in there to hammer out a settlement or discuss custody of her two kids.
