Wynonna Judd's husband, Daniel Roach was arrested at a rehab center in Buffalo Gap, TX on March 22nd for allegedly getting a little touchy feely with a minor. Roach has been at the center seeking treatment for an undisclosed illness/addiction/vacation and now faces three counts of sexual assault on a child. Wynonna has taken matters into her hands and ended the rocky relationship by filing for divorce today.

"I am obviously devastated, our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation,"
