Bahamian Judge wants to know who the daddy is

A Bahamian judge has ruled that there will be a DNA test to settle the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn.
The judge has ordered all parties to court on Tuesday for the DNA hearing. No word if the DNA samples from Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and Dannielynn have already been submitted or if they will submit samples on Tuesday.

i don't know if i believe this report or not. I saw something similar on TMZ....bahama law doesn't really get into DNA testing...that's why i doubt this story.
Bahama law states that whomever is named on the birth certificate and/or lived with the woman for 6 months prior to the birth is the father...there is no statue for dna testing.
I don't know either, Miss Tia. That is what I thought. I thought that the bah law was kinda in HK$ favor....grrrr

I believe by Bahamian law that is normally the case but I have heard it suggested that because of the circumstances in this case and also that there may be fraudulent or criminal activity here, that may change things. I'm hoping so.
On MSNBC, they had a reporter who spoke with Larry Birkhead after he got to see Dannielynn. It was reported he got to feed her and then she spit up on him. He could have done the test privately already...Just a thought. The Bahamian court is having DNA experts testify on Tuesday.
The Bahama's court is under a gag order. We don't know for certain if the hearing Tuesday is about a DNA test. That, i feel, is speculation. Privately of course Birkhead could have had a DNA test. Just as privately HKS could have had one done.
Until someone in the case speaks publicly...i am doubting this story due to what i've read about Bahama law. Even if they decided to do a DNA test, it wouldn't be done that quickly. Bahama law is very slow and they'd have to find a precedent for it, etc etc.
