Britney Spears was back at the dentist yesterday. She must be under going quite a bit of work, either that or there is a hunky dentist to return for! After a 4 hour visit she emerged looking exhausted but with a smile on her face. This is the second time in the last four days that Britney has visited the same hospital. Britney is looking so relaxed, tranquil, she seems to have more peace in her life.. she is looking really pretty. And i love that.

i think she is wearing the trench that i have been wanting so badly... wondering if its doucette duvall?? anyone know?? and by the way, she is looking much better... go britney!!
