Courtney Love is loving all the attention (you think that parrot tried to get a piece?) sheâ€™s getting on the Hawaiian beach and is now just posing and smiling for all the paparazzi that have turned up to get their precious snaps. I know sheâ€™s lost a lot of weight because of this macro-biotic diet and sheâ€™s proud of it but does anyone else find these pictures really scary? More pics after the jump!

Courtney is one of the few women in rock that established herself on her own terms and had success doing it. Hole had more fame than Nirvana had achieved when Courtney met Kurt, so she wasn't riding his coat tails. They were already a couple and she was already her own rockstar when Nirvana blew up.
