i don't think that guy can legally evict HKS until that case is settled in court. IF the home was a gift to ANS, then HKS has every right to be there.

Get your facts straight people. This house was not a gift. Greta Van S showed emails back and forth from Anna to Thompson telling him that she was going to start to make payments soon. Then she turned around and told him she wanted his DNA and $$$ as he was the father of DannieLynn. They have on tape a conversation between Ann and Ford Shelly where Ford tells her that she knows the house was not a gift. As for the other house - not totally financed yet - and work was in beginning stages- house is in disarray. Howard has no right to be in this house whatsoever. Let's just say: Suppose your sister was pregnant - and went to live at another friend's house- to get away. Along comes a shady hangaround that moves in with your sister. They are not married and he is not the father of the baby. All of a sudden your sister DIES after having the baby. So you're saying that, because he was living with your sister, he should have custody of your niece and should be able to keep your sister's friend's house?? PLEASE!!!

If Anne-Nicole's death was an accident, as was stated by the coroner on Larry King live last night, then could someone please tell me how it was possible that there was drugs found in the home, with other peoples name's on them. If Anna-Nicole was so bedridden, then who was responsible for phoning the doctor giving a fake name and having the medication delivered, we all know miximg drugs can be FATAL, so in my book whoever made the call has committed an act of murder on some criminal level

Ford Shelly has been caught in so many lies, and why are they having problems putting up the 100,000 in court. If they owned the house flat out, why are they trying to come to a deal with Howard (behind the scenes)?
