Is Paris headed to the pen?

“We’re confident we have sufficient evidence to prove that her license was suspended and that she had knowledge of that suspension,†said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the city attorney’s office.If the petition is approved by a judge, Paris could face up to 90 days in jail and a hearing is set for April 17. Paris was busted back in September 2006 for DUI and pleaded no contest in January. She was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines but was pulled over by police last month for driving without her headlights on and cited for driving with a suspended license. I hope they throw the book at her (literally, I do). If any one of us from the general population were in the same circumstances we would already be in jail serving time. I'm praying she gets sent to the pen becuase she obviously doesn't care. Last night she partied at Teddy's but with out her new man Josh Henderson. Video by G-Hollywood
I say they should make her do community service, like pick up garbage and clean toilets! I'd love to see her do that! She would probably use the footage for her show.
