Mischa Barton has always had an eclectic taste in clothing. Taking the hobo/hippy look further than her other pals, like Nicole Richie. Mischa was spotted looking like a wizard as she took her suitably titled dog Ziggy out for a walk in New York City. I sometimes think that Mischa stole a chest of clothing treats from the wardrobe of a circus. Luckily her pretty face allows her to pull off pretty much any look.
