Atropine - A tropane alkaloid extracted from Deadly Nightshade. Potentially deadly. Benadryl - An over the counter allergy medecine. Acetaminophen - More commonly known as Paracetamol. Used for the relief of fever, headaches and other minor aches and pains. She was also taking B12 and Human Growth Hormone, a mixture very popular among today's steroid obsessed athletes. It was not a suicide, not a homicide, Stern is not being investigated for her death, recent surgery was not at fault, and the infection around an injection in her butt was not solely responsible.
