The Blues Travels 111 MPH?

Blues Traveler lead singer and harmonica player, John Popper was arrested in Washington State after his car was pulled over for going 111 miles per hour. But the fun does not stop there, police found four rifles, nine handguns, a switchblade knife, and a small amount of marijuana hidden in the secret compartments of his Mercedes SUV.
You would think that would be enough right? No, the car also had a public address system, flashing lights, and a siren! According to police Popper said that he had installed these items in his vehicle because (in the event of a natural disaster) he didn’t want to be left behind,â€
WTF? The guys lives in Washington State, not New Orleans! (I know, I know, that was low)

wow. thats really scary. see thats why people get guns - to defend themselves from nut jobs and fruitcakes like this guy. So tragic
What is a public address system? is that like a megaphone?
Who you calling a nut job? This man should be considered an American patriot! All Americans should carry guns! Maybe less illegal aliens would come to America if they knew they'd get their brains blown off!
who cares if the Popper has an aresenal-- come practice up in the Pacific Northwest
Luckily he was't driving at the time.
Later,
Tom
P.S. Yes Robbin, PA = megaphone.
Wow, it's amazing that someone who was off the radar for so long gets put back in the spotlight in this rather bizarre manner.
I wonder what he meant by not wanting to be left behind....like he wanted to help take people out? he wanted to do hand to hand combat with Ann Coulter? i need some more info on this!
Miss Tia, i agree, think about all the people that have jumped on the scene for a minute to only disappear! Stoner harmonica playig John Popper owns an arsenal???? That's like C+C Music factory beheading people because we're not "gonna sweat."
