1) i don't think the computer situation makes matters worse for stern. ANS kept her dr. info/emails/prescription info on that computer. There is now a theory that she was getting multiple drugs from multiple dr's and this would show that. Also, there's a theory that SHE gave Daniel the methadone.

2) Virgie in the bahamas is just a waste of...wait, isn't Splash paying for Virgie? well it's a waste of whomever's money. The bahamas isn't going to grant custody to someone who isn't living in the bahamas and they are NOT going to allow that baby OUT of the country!

There is PLENTY of evidence that ANS hated her mother, plus her will stated that HKS should be guardian of Daniel. Since this will was pre-Dannielynn, it still shows ANS' inclination to have HKS be the guardian of her child. So with HKS on the birth certificate and named as a guardian in the will, i can see him still retaining custody of the baby. They might have social services check on the baby, but i can see it staying put.

Larry Birkhead doesn't really have any legal standing in the bahamas.

3) I think the background checks are just probably standard for a custody hearing. I think that is irrelevant.

It is so obvious that Virgie is doing every thing she can to make sure that her daughter does NOT rest in peace. What a bitter, old, self-centered woman.

Virgie tried to keep Anna Nichole from a life headed for trouble,why is that considered a bad thing?
