Laguna Beach alum Jason Wahler has been arrested, again, this time in Seattle Washington, for criminal trespassing and assault. According to police Wahler was alleggedly in a fight with a guest at the Waterfront Marriott Hotel in Seattle and when a security guard tried to break it up, Wahler punched the guard in the mouth and ran off, later returning and passing out in a 3rd floor hallway where police found him. You're average arrest report would end there but not this one, Police state that he was clearly intoxicated, stank of booze and to make things worse dropped an n-bomb on the arresting officer and finished up by calling him a "fag**t," and "a poor f*ck." Wow, lump that in with his 3 previous arrests in the last nine months stemming from assaulting a tow-truck driver in Los Angeles which he has been sentenced to 60-days in jail, his cocaine bust back in August in New York City and his resisting arrest charge after an underage drinking bust at a bar in North Carolina and we have what is the beginning of an amazing rap sheet. *the above mugshot is from his North Carolina arrest
