She simply is wearing trousers that are too tight on the hips and probably pressing her legs inwards. She probably should lose 2 to 5 kgs to walk in those properly...
Poor thing, that must hurt terribly... It simply cuts the blood circulation...

Those shoes look like they might not have any ankle/heel straps to hold them on--maybe they're in danger of sliding off her feet, so she has to walk funny to keep them on? I know I've worn shoes that do that before.
