He just stated he doesn't care about visiting. Why can't she be happy with that and let them alone. This kid is going to grow up hating her too. If she was smart, she'd back off and just be a grandma & visit now and then. Can't have it all Virgie.

No offense but this is all pure speculation on your part. Virgie hasnt said yet she is going to fight Larry on any sort of custody.. well she wouldnt until the money issue has been resolved. If Dannielynn and Larry take on the Marshall estate for Anna's share of her dead husbands $ - then Virgie will want the kid I am sure.
Virgie and her lawyer have both hinted at challenging for some sort of custody or guardianship. She is the only hurdle as Stern has said he will not stand in the way but will do whatever it takes to keep Virgie away from Dannielynn.

If ANS was alive Virgie wouldn't have a chance in hell of ever touching that baby....Virgie should just accept taht Larry is willing to let her visit with the baby...if Virgie fights Larry legally, Larry isn't going to want to let 'grandma' visit Dannielynn...i wouldn't put anything past Virgie, including trying to kidnap the kid...seriously...she's vile and EVIL...

The baby isn't that old, I don't think that she's going to notice a big change in her life at this point. Obviously nic, Howard knew he wasn't the dad and still was fighting. It's good of him to do what's right now.
How much did Today pay Larry to be on the show? Did his ex attorney find a way to charge him
