Larry Birkhead spent the afternoon celebrating the DNA match between him and Dannielynn by spending some time with his niece and nephew at the beach and in the pool. This must have been a huge relief for Larry, who can finally get back to spending time with his family and getting to know his daughter. Only a few more hurdles and it's off to California for the two of them More pics after the jump!

perhaps miss tia he went first then back to the pool or perhaps after? or perhaps he thought it would be nice to let howard spend sometime with her before he has to give her up to larry for good?

maybe the latter of what you said pollypisspants....i do believe the birkheads are being considerate of the fact that howard is going through a difficult time giving up Dannielynn...

i think it was during the 'where to bury ANS' trial that Larry mentioned how when ANS was pregnant she had made a babybook listing Larry as the father and Howard as 'Uncle Howard'....i hope that Larry can allow Howard that kind of position in Dannielynn's life.

Howard will always be involved with Dannielynn's life as he will be ensuring that her mother is remembered more positively than her 'sister' is portraying her in her book 'trainwreck'....Howard is one of the executor's of ANS' estate so Larry will have to have a relationship with him...

I really think that Opri was the problem between Howard and Larry...i saw on Larry King Live last night that one of HKS' attorneys mentioned that after ANS died HKS reached out to Larry to settle this and Opri prevented him from doing that...and look, Opri is out of the picture and Larry has been shown to be father and HKS isn't standing in his way and they agreed to work together...

Miss Tia, just to clarify the babybook thing, it was Larry who got Anna to add Howard as the uncle to that book, because Larry felt bad when they were in the room, and Larry wanted him to feel apart of this.

According to Access Hollywood, he spent time with the kids because he promised them he'd go swimming with them after court. He did go see Dannielyn later on that evening for a while.
