A passport for Dannilynn Hope Marshall Birkhead has been issued and Larry Birkhead has been cleared to return to the States and could do so as early as tomorrow. In other Birkhead news, Page Six is reporting that NBC has paid him a million dollars for all the exclusive info he has shared with the network and their affiliates. Mix in the money made from his OK magazine and spread and it looks like Larry is already working on Dannielynn's education fund and nest egg.
