Madonna took a tour of the Malawian orphanage, Home of Hope, that she adopted son David from with her daughter Lourdes. Madonna is not there to adopt another child but to do some charity work rebuilding the orphanage and a children's health care center. If she keeps up the happy family shots and the charity work we just might be able to look past her faux-British accent. Maybe. More pics after the jump!
