The Bahamian court has rejected Howard K. Stern's appeal to block the release of the DNA results of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn because he filed it too late and should have filed before the DNA test was carried out. To throw salt in the wound, the court has felt the appeal was "frivolous" and he has been ordered to pay $10,000, $5,000 to the court and $5,000 to Birkhead's Bahamian lawyer. Not sure how his suit can be considered frivolous since he is listed as the father on the birth certificate.

I'm sure it was considered frivolous because the reason he filed the appeal in the first place was because they did not use the DNA lab he wanted! Hmmmm.... sounds a little suspicious to me.

Howard Klink Stern lost this appeal because he must be running out of money. Or he may be saving it for a rainy day (read that 'Daniel's inquisition'). Justice in the Caribbean goes to the highest bidder.

HOWARD K. STERN, I'M ON YOUR SIDE! Screw all you negative people! Howard has been the only one not to betray Anna. That is why they stayed together for so long. As for Larry, any man who wants to take a baby from its mother-DESERVES NEVER TO SEE THAT CHIlD. Now, he knows how Anna would have felt. Love ya Howard.

i don't understand how everone can be taking sides and swearing that howard was a good man and good for anna,when none of you knew him,he could have treated her like crap,and she never would have known because she was constantly drugged out of her mind.make no wonder she stayed with him so long,she didn't know the difference,and to be drugged day in and day out,obviously her life wasn't that wonderfull,or she wouldn't have spent it cracked out of her mind.Howard seems like a snake to me.he looks evil,and i personally see snake written all over his face.not to mention the dollar signs in his eyes.i think this is going to be a maury povich moment when they reveal neither man is the daddy.heaven forbid the others don't come forward, we'll never know,and that will be the ultimate shame.this poor child may be 30 looking for her daddy.shame shame shame.

Margaret, you are a very shallow peerson, judging people by their looks. I was taught to judge by the inside. Anna was always out and about doing shows, etc.. so how can you say she was ALWAYS drugged up? Howard, love ya!!!!
