Demi looked a little upset as she was spotted leaving a workout yesterday. So much so that her personal trainer put a protective arm around her as she made her way to her car. The other Charlies Angles star Cameron always give us a cheeky grin when she leaves the gym, shame we didn't get to see a smiling Demi. Maybe she didn't like the public knowing she actually has to work for her figure, even after pumping out thousands on surgery.
