It's so sad when a mother has to hire other people to hold her kids' hands while taking a daytime stroll. Heidi looks as if she would rather be childless.

true, we in europe or better germany/switzerland dont really like her way at all. she wants to be all that super Mom and business lady and what not, but kids grow up with babysitters. sad sad sad.

sorry if i had 3 kids and went out for the day like that i would LOVE the extra help. makes the day so much more enjoyable, really. i love how she is so casual now. her daughter looks like the bio dad

please these hollywood mom - they not no real moms, the nannies are - please they just go to sleep - they just act like they the great mom in public- so that they could photograph with there kids --- gwen is the real deal

Yeah... I think all o you are a bit critical. Imagine being constantly surrounded by paparrazi if you're in public... Hordes of fans around all the time looking for autographs and attention. If it was your child and you had the money, wouldn't you want to be sure that each of your childen was safe? I think she's being a responsible parent considering her lifestyle. It's simply ignorant to make assumptions about about parenting skills by these photographs... Celebrity Journalist are te ones who need to get their karma in check.

Why are you assuming that they are nannies? Maybe they are Heidi's friends?

I think Heidi is a good mother, at least she is always with them.
