Seriously, glad to see Tobey apologized, even if it may not have been entirely sincere. If he weren't caught on camera, this might have turned into one of those myths that diehard fans (READ: Women with Tobey Maguire panties) would refuse to believe. Tobey probably would have just forgotten about it. Watching the original vid, it looked like he stopped caring the minute he turned his back on the fan.

I've watched the original video several times in slo-mo. (Get a life Michael) I think Tobey was actually surprised when the camera took the sidewalk taste-test.

I think he figured he'd just push the guy's arm and camera out of the way, never thinking the guy would let go of it.

I'm done ragging on Tobias; he's Arachno-typecast now and will have plenty of time to spend with daughter Ruby Sweetheart. (her name, for real!)

I think the reason he hit the camera to the floor was because he thought it was a papparazzi. (who cares about them). but when he realized it was a fan who wanted his picture with him, he apoligized and gladly obliged.
