We ran into Fergie on her way to the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills. She claimed she was having a bad hair day (which explains the white hat) but after two hours in the salon, the Black Eyed Pea emerged with a big smile and a luscious set of locks. I want to apologize to Fergie and all her fans. I think I have been a little harsh on homegirl. I know her face can be a little creepy at times and I'm not a fan of her music but I have to give it up to her; she actually seems like a genuinely nice and down to earth person.
