What's going on with the Duffster? I usually have nothing but praise for Hilary Duff (she's cute, doesn't drink and drive, doesn't stumble out of Hollywood clubs and seems like a genuinely nice young lady) but she's not looking too hot at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party last night in downtown Los Angeles.
