Hilary Duff is such a cutie. I find it impossible to say anything bad about her. She sings. She acts. Keeps her nose clean (literally and figuratively). Wears underwear. To say something mean about the Duffster would be like kicking a puppy. Just mean for the sake of being mean. We spotted the lovely Duff leaving Joan's on Third after having lunch with a friend before heading off to do a little shopping. More pics after the jump!
