Spice Girl Melanie Brown gave our photographers a sneak preview into how she trains for some of her moves with dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. We caught up with Mel B backstage at 'Dancing with the Stars', and she seemed to be enjoying the quick dance in the sun much to the pleasure of other spectators. Later she headed to the dressing rooms to prepare for the live show.

I'm only watching this show this season because Mel is on there. If she doesn't win, I won't be watching it again.

She's been doing great and I hope they can keep it up. I don't think Maks is one of the greatest choreographers so I hope he can bring it on in the next few weeks.

M&M were robbed right under our eyes. The show is not a fair one. No way. Won't be watching it again. This was my first and now my last time watching since Mel lost to much lesser of a dancer Helio.
