Potentially explosive details in the Britney Spears and Kevin Federline child custody battle were kept under wraps by an Los Angeles court yesterday. In a highly unusual move, Los Angeles Superior Court issued a 72 page legal document detailing the bitter legal wrangle - but deleted numerous of pages of sensitive information marking them "sealed and removed." The court ruled that the documents could be damaging to the divorced couples children Sean Preston, 2, Jayden James, 1. The bundle of paperwork contained the declarations of a number of people, including maids, drug testing officials and even Britney's attorney, Anne Kiley. The unusual move by the court is certain to lead to speculation that the declarations are explosive. They are thought to contain details of Britney's drug testing and accounts of Spears' life by sources in her inner circle.
