I'm a huge fan of Elijah Wood. But when he turned up at the French premiere of "The Oxford Murders" looking scruffy, my enthusiasm for the lad dwindled a little. The sight of his spindly legs hanging from the bottom of a thick jumper attached to some Johnny Depp inspired boots, ruined the charm of his usually cute appearance in a dash.
