Jessica Simpson looked like she was really, really enjoying the spotlight (yes, more than Lindsay!) when Splash spotted her over at Joans Restaurant in Los Angeles. She squirmed behind the wheel and laughed as the photographers zoomed in to get a glimpse. I must say that she really was looking lovely-- great hair here.
