Paris Hilton may have found herself a new boyfriend, but she is now on the hunt for a new best friend! According to US reports the partying princess is set to star in a new reality television show. The socialite, who previously appeared on The Simple Life with former close pal Nicole Richie, plans to chart her hunt for a new best friend in the as-yet-untitled programme. A source told a US magazine:

"The show is going to be about her searching for a new best friend. Paris is tired of the haters and she's looking for someone new. She's looking for someone new and cool who she can trust."

The project, expected to be picked up by either the MTV or VH1 networks, will be her second foray in reality television. The new show is "going to be full of good chick drama and you will see a side of Paris not seen on Simple Life," added the Source. It comes amid reports Hilton, 27, is dating Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, 28. His brother, Joel Madden, recently had a baby with Nicole Richie. We spotted Paris and Benji shopping together at Fred Segal in West Hollywood on Monday, and photographers reported they were inseperable.
