Hanging by your skin? Bleeding from the strain? That doesn't sound like my idea of a good time, but apparently Dave Navarro loves to watch it! He performed at the House of Blues, part of the Mandalay Bay Resort, this weekend along with two people swinging out over the audience as part of the entertainment.
