Demi needs to realize that she should stop giving people the finger. She's just about washed up and her poor attitude isn't helping with her popularity. Actually from the looks of it she seems to be using that particular finger to remove the hair that is in front of her eye. She is holding her purse in that hand which probably impaired her from using any other finger.
