Jessica Simpson looks like she was rocking that signature "smile" when we saw her with Ken Paves at "Katsuya by Starck" in Hollywood. When they were headed out and needed to pay for parking, Jessica took a little while rifling through that giant bag of hers. Then, after she did locate that cash, she held up a fistful and leafed through it for a few long minutes. That first thumbnail is a total scrolldown, by the way. Jessica may look amazing in that fitted jacket, but her jeans leave a lot to be desired. Jessica almost had it right this time!
