Please don't tell me what I can or cannot accept as I know what I can SEE ... If he's not talking to someone or aware that he's being photographed, he always looks distracted. Even an extra on the set of "Marley and Me" has posted a similar observation (OW imdb board) ...

Calliope10 you can not base someone's happiness/sadness based on a snapshot that captures about a second of his/her life. People are allowed to not be smiling every second.

I'd worry more if Owen was sitting there by himself enjoying the view of the ocean with a big ole smile on his face. Now that would be weird. His look is totally appropriate and to sit there and analyze every snapshot is just strange.
