I love Ashley Tisdale's newest shopping partner-- too bad it wasn't around when she was wearing this. A dog can make a look of disapproval, right? But Ashley wasn't shopping for herself this time, and instead was buying clothes for her mini dog along with a replacement phone. On her way out of the shops, some fans caught up with her to meet her and her dog. She definitely gets points for looking so jovial while meeting her admirers.

Are you enjoying your long weekend, if you're lucky enough to have one? I hope so! If you're hanging around the house instead of traveling, at least I've managed to scrounge up some bikini pics of someone who was. . . Actress and model Simona Fusco Stratten hung out in Hawaii for a beach day, where she frolicked, strutted, and cringed in the waves. I probably would've avoided hanging that popsicle tube out of my mouth, though.

Miley Cyrus went shopping for a cross necklace this weekend, where she was surrounded by what looks like an army of teens in Billy's Boardshop. She stopped by the shop, named after her dad Billy Ray Cyrus, and got a cross necklace, sandals, and spring dresses. Being Miley is like every girl's dream, is it not? The fact that she has completely skipped her awkward phase has made me completely jealous for the day.

Kelly Clarkson may have a lovely voice, but man what I would give to get my makeover magic skillz on her. Kelly was seen her performing in Plymouth as part of her UK tour, faithfully wearing trousers that have magically eaten her feet. Meh, this all makes me very sad-- I'm sure watching it live made up for it though. But me looking at the pics with no vocal accompaniment? Yikes.

Kid Rock is now facing a $15 million lawsuit from three autograph hunters who claim that they were beaten up by both Kid and his entourage. Court papers were filed yesterday by Michael Medlin, Carlos Bonilla and Jose Perez, who were (according to the lawsuit, that is) waiting for Kid Rock outside of the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood on March 22, 2006. According to the papers filed at the LA Superior Court, the attack left Medlin "seriously injured," while his friends were repeatedly assaulted. After the attack, it is also claimed that their cameras and personal property was taken and thrown into the back of Kid Rock's limousine. A woman is suing Oprah after she claims she was hurt in a rush for seats at the famous talk show studio. Orit Greenberg's lawsuit claims that she suffered "severe and permanent injuries" when she was pushed down a flight of stairs. According to the lawsuit, the studio staff was unable to control the crowds in December 2006, and that audience members "rushed the gate" at Harpo Studios when they were told they could sit where they wanted for a taping of Oprah's hit talk show.
