Inconsistent. Inaccurate. Unrealistic. Volative. These are just some of words used by Mr Justice Bennett to describe Heather Mills in what has been one of the most publicised divorce battles to date. Today, the former couple's court judgement has been made public and now we can all read for ourselves exactly how the judge viewed this extraordinary case.
"Much of her evidence, both written and oral, was not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness."
Heather, had tried to prevent it's publication, and as its heavy criticism of her comes to light, it's obvious to many as to why she was concerned. Paul McCartney may be £24.3 million lighter, but I'm sure he is happy that his ex wife's "warped perception" is out for everyone to see.

Dodgy driver Britney Spears will be losing some of her flash cars, after a judge gave her dad permission to sell them off. The Toxic singer's conservators, which includes dad Jamie, were given the green light to flog the motors at a court hearing yesterday. But, the exact names and models of the cars were not revealed at the hearing. It's widely known that Brit favors her white Mercedes SL 65 series, and many of her motoring mishaps have seen this car in particular in the wars. The pop singer has found herself in hot water several times, and last year she was pulled over for driving without a valid California license and was also charged with a misdemenour count of hit and run. Britney has also been caught on camera running red lights and making dangerous maneuver's. Furthermore, the judge has also extended the restraining order against Britney's former pal Sam Lutfi for another month. Lutfi agreed not to fight the order and allow the extension. It basically means he can have no contact with Miss Spears. Great news.

splashnews_spl22873_008.jpg
A tanned and healthy looking Jennifer Aniston continues to live up to her image as the girl next door. The cute actress, who turned 39 in February, wowed passers by and photographers with her gym gear, which included a tiny pair of grey shorts. Jen didn't appear to mind the cameras looking on as she had her make up applied and walked around the set of 'Marley & Me', while joking with crew members.

splashnews_spl22794_008.jpg
splashnews_spl22794_004.jpg
David Beckham revealed a new tattoo when he peeled off his shirt at an LA Galaxy game. The England star showed off the new body art on his left rib-cage during a charity match in Dallas. The mysterious tattoo, which looks like Asian text is the latest marking Beckham, 32, has on his torso. In February it was revealed how David and Victoria had renewed their wedding vows when they were spotted with mysterious matching tattoos on their wrists. The tattoos featured the Roman numerals V111.V.MMVI (8 March 2006), which was the day of the ceremony. David organized their second wedding at their Hertfordshire mansion in front of a handful of close friends, only telling Victoria on the day. The exhibition charity match was watched by a sell-out crowd of 20,500, as FC Dallas and LA Galaxy played out a goalless draw. The friendly was organized after Beckham missed the SuperLiga match between the two sides with an injured ankle. The local support were angered back in July when Beckham was declared unfit, after shelling out big prices to see the England hero.

Britney Ordered to Pay K-Fed's Legal Fees

Britney Spears Legal Fees Paperwork

Britney Spears has been ordered to pay $375,000 of Kevin Federline's legal bills in their custody case. The pop star's lawyer, Stacy Phillips, complained last week that Spears had been overcharged by Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and requested that her ex contribute to her own legal fees. But the Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon called it "reasonable" to make Spears pay so much because "the actions of [Spears] caused the great majority of litigation." In addition, the court favored Federline due to his "responsibility for the care and custody of the children during this period as a result of the conduct of the petitioner [Britney]." Federline had declared in court papers that he has no steady income, but Britney Spears makes more than $700,000 per month.
