The Game might already have served his sentence for a felony weapons charge, but it looks like his disagreement with Shannon Rodrick is still following him around. The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, has had a civil suit filed against him for battery, assault, a civil rights violation, and negliglence after he allegedly assaulted a man on a street basketball court. According to court papers, Taylor punched Rodrick in the face, causing him to fall backwards, and then got a gun from his car, saying that he was going to "blast this fool." Oh my. Rumor has it that Brad Pit and Angelina Jolie were turned away at an R.E.M. concert in Austin, Texas, when the event was unable to accommodate them and their friends/entourage. The South by South West Festival, which will be ending this weekend, just couldn't handle their arrival and the red-faced group had to move on. I have a feeling that they weren't expecting that. I bet Brad Pitt has been feeling pretty special: a new film alongside Sean Penn, a baby on the way, most likely lots of special treatment in Austin. . . this definitely brought him back down to earth. Vanessa Minnillo hosted a pool party this for spring break, Victoria's Secret style, and some very lucky Splash photogs happened to catch all the action at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach. They also got to hang out with model Miranda Kerr, who was snapped playing a little game of Twister with a whole herd of guys nearby. Also co-hosting the event was Brody Jenner and DJ Irie performed. It all sounds so wholesome, don't you think? Good Girl Vanessa was spotted flirting a little with Irie, but honestly, bring on the dirt!

Pete Wentz took his "look" a step further with a pair of spectacles. This time he wasn't ruining a picture-perfect moment, but he managed to come close when posing with Travis McCoy at the DCMA Collective Flagship store opening in Los Angeles. Pete was looking like someone who’s sort of pre-pubescent with those skinny little trousers and sneaks. But if you take a look below, even Pete couldn't affect Christina Milian's good looks. Someone looks happy to be alive! Kim Kardashian was spotted soaking up the nightlife in New York City to start the weekend off with a little excitement. We caught her laughing up a storm as she stepped out for some fun around town. (I'm not sure exactly what it was about... but as long as she's not pouting, I could care less!) Perhaps she's just giggling that Keeping Up with the Kardashians made it another season? If I were her, I'd be laughing about that, too.
