Wow, in all my time at Splash, I have never seen Courteney Cox throw the cameras a truly genuine smile. But yesterday, the paps got a rare treat. The usually stern and quiet actress openly chatted with the awaiting snappers, as she exited from The Melrose cafe. She even joked that she no longer dined at Il Sole because she "was trying to get away from you guys". Unluckily, no one managed to notice Courteney's bruise in time, so we missed out the mystery behind her painful looking mark.

Keanu Reeves was looking quite attractive as he arrived at LAX from Canada. He appeared to almost blush as everyone suddenly recognised the former Speed actor behind the flash bulbs. I think, like me, many were thinking thank god he decided to lose the long locks and the beard.

While Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson and Christina Aguilera all faced some sort of scandal during their time atop the pop world, Mandy Moore's image has remained squeaky clean, until now. The National Enquirer claims that Mandy's mother Stacy left her husband for another woman!

The other woman in question is tennis professional Claudette Laliberte. The National Enquirer also alleges that the ladies have set up a home together. When asked about her same sex relationship with Laliberte, Stacy told the Enquirer: "It's nobody's business why we're together."

Way to break that stereotype that female tennis players are bunch of lesbians (minus Kournikova and Sharapova of course). 'Jackass' star Steve-O, who was recently arrested and charged with felony possession of cocaine and evicted from his apartment, is currently locked up in the Thalians Mental Health Center at Cedars Sinai Hospital on suicide watch after threteaning to take his own life on Sunday.

"Steve is stabilized on meds at this point. He was also treated for burns on his skin as if he had been putting cigarettes out on his own body."

California is in a bit of a budget crisis at the moment so why don't we just reduce the strain this "suicide watch" puts on the hospital and just let nature takes its course?
