Justin Chambers' recent experience in a Palm Springs, California bar has left people wondering if his troubles are still sneaking up behind him. Less than three weeks after he checked into a psychiatric ward at the UCLA Medical Center, the father of five was seen slurring his words, stumbling, and even washing his hair with a bar of soap in the bathroom sink. While sitting at his table in the bar, he comntinued to nod off, coming to from time to time to ramble uninteligible statements. "Everyone thought Justin was drunk because he kept passing out at his table," an eyewitness at the Village Pub said. "But when I asked the bartender what they'd been serving him, she swore it was only non-alcoholic beer."
