A woman is suing Oprah after she claims she was hurt in a rush for seats at the famous talk show studio. Orit Greenberg's lawsuit claims that she suffered "severe and permanent injuries" when she was pushed down a flight of stairs. According to the lawsuit, the studio staff was unable to control the crowds in December 2006, and that audience members "rushed the gate" at Harpo Studios when they were told they could sit where they wanted for a taping of Oprah's hit talk show.
