I couldn't make this sh*t up. Phoebe Price is so all about the camera that it's vaguely nauseating and yet somehow fascinating, too. She was seen "relaxing with a cold ice cream" in Malibu, but I'd like to think that relaxing is just another word for "sucking up everyone's last ounce of attention."
