Vanessa Hudgens Hangs Out with Friend

Vanessa's face might say that she's. so. had. it. with the pictures, but she did crack a smile later on as she traipsed through L.A. clutching her friend Alyson Michalka hand. After a stop at a medical center (what was that about, I wonder?), she headed off to a jewelry store to get a little something. The last stop of the weekend was a cafe, where Jessica Alba and Steve Martin were also dining. I'm sure some of us really like the shot in the elevator. Check it out below.
