While leaving Foxtail nightclub/restaurant in Hollywood last night Benji Madden ran over the foot of a paparazzo. Freelance photographer Glen Gurniak was snapping pictures of Benji Madden and Paris Hilton when Benji drove over his foot but instead of stopping to see if anyone was hurt, Glenn claims Benji, with Paris in the passenger seat, simply drove off.

"I was outside the nightclub waiting with lots of other photographers and video guys. Benji and Paris came out and got in their SUV. There were a lot of people swarming around the car and Benji had the wheels turned one way ready to drive off. But there were too many people that side of the car so he swung the wheels in my direction on the other side of the car and got my foot trapped under the wheel.

I yelled at him: 'Dude, you've pinched my foot under the wheel, don't drive, don't drive'. He turned and looked at me out of the window and then just drove. I fell to the floor as the car stopped and was just laying on the floor as everyone was screaming at him that he'd run me over."

Glen filed a report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department after leaving the hospital on crutches with a sprained knee and ankle but seriously Benji, just like you don't go to the Ivy when you want to lay low, if you don't want attention from the paparazzi, don't hang around with Paris Hilton.
